Masters Division
We conduct our play on Diamond 7ft. tables. All are welcome to practice with us before play starts, so you can sample/challenge our amateur elites, especially if you intend to join our league/division!
Play begins at 7 pm! Practice begins at 6 pm.
We're looking to expand our team count. And the payout playoffs money can be really big! For example, with 16 teams in the mix, the playoffs payout for 1st place is just over $3K!

Good weekly play for players - no handicap play!!
Play no-handicap 9-Ball, 10-Ball, and 8-Ball, in that order. Get all the popular formats rolled into one race-to-six format. Very popular and very challenging.
NEW TABLE FORMAT: Diamond, 7ft tables. More fun, faster match play, get home at a more reasonable time. No need for the bridge as much!!
All players involved can really "bring it" in terms of ball-making ability. Come see for yourself and form a team.
The money is big and issued at the division level. No need to travel or compete in multiple events just to win money. Your payout is acquired at home, at the local division location!! THIS IS BIG!!

FMP Masters Play
Playing Masters-style pool is fun and challenging! Because it's no-handicap play, it lends itself to attracting the more experienced players that can contribute to the success of a team winning prize money.
Come attend an Interest Meeting to hear the intricate details of how Master play works and what to expect in the way awards, trophies, MVP awards and money, and end-of-session award money.
Game Types:

This is no-handicap play, meaning you bring to the table what your momma gave you and what your daddy taught you! No time outs!

Play all three popular formats, rolled into one match: 9-Ball, 10-Ball, and 8-Ball. Play four 9-Ball games, followed by up to four 10-Ball games, followed by up to three 8-Ball games, in that order (fastest format, next to fastest format, and slowest format last).

Play a race to six games for the match win.
Teams:

There's a max of five players on a team.

Strong team construction is considered a wise move!

Annual player registrations fee - $35.
-
Individual match play fee - $15.
Match Play:
-
Play a race to 6 games for the match win.
-
Play three (3) players per night
-
One player may play twice when only two players are available (the opposing team chooses the player on your team who will play twice.)

Maximum 15-minute wait time for a match to start - then a forfeit occurs. Forfeits result in a 6-0 win.

You are guided by a Flowmasters rule set for play.
Winnings:
-
End of session pots/prizes for top teams in the standings (this is "before playoffs money winnings").

Playoffs includes all teams, not just a select few as in other leagues. You are seeded in playoffs according to how you finished in the standings.

Playoff pots/prize for 1st, 2nd, 3rd (and possibly 4th) - based on numbers of teams in the division.

MVP awards (monies) for two of the highest top three finishers.

Team picture trophies awarded at end of session.

Spring/Summer 2026 Session #3 Playoff Rules
Respect and Courtesy

Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
-
Unsportsmanlike conduct calls will be made at the sole discretion of the FLOW Masters Pool League Operator or a designated representative.Penalties may include:a ball-in-hand, loss of game, loss of match, suspension, or expulsion from the league.

We expect all players to conduct themselves as good stewards of the game.Our watchwords are: courtesy, respect, decorum, dignity, and diplomacy.
General

We will be adhering to the same rules used throughout the regular session.
-
All teams are bracketed in playoffs, meaning all teams are participating, not just a select few.
-
Highest ranked teams have been matched with lowest ranking teams, and so on and so forth.
-
Playoffs is “Single Elimination”.
Game Play
-
Match play will be a “Race to Two” format, i.e., the first team to win two matches is the declared match winner.
-
Matches will be scored using the Flow Masters Pool Weekly Scoresheet.
-
The team that wins the coin toss will be the home team and can elect to put up first or have the opposing team put up first.
-
Put-ups will be done in an alternating fashion, i.e., when/if the home team puts up first, the next put up will go to the opposing team, and so on and so forth (or the opposite).

Teams will be allowed five (5) minutes to designate a player for their first match.
-
Teams will be allowed 15 minutes to designate a player for subsequent matches.Failure to do so will automatically result in a forfeit of a match and the loss of a point.

Lagging is the only option for determining who will break first.

Rack your own balls.
-
Rack templates are recommended for use, unless not available.However, regular racks may be used.If one player wants to use a rack template, then the template must be used.

There is no 3-foul rule in 8-Ball.
Game Forfeits
-
A forfeit will result in the award of one team point (win) for the opposing team.
-
Teams may elect to put up a player on their roster who is not present.That is totally acceptable.In that case, the match is forfeited, points awarded to the standing opponent, and play then continues.

The following will be considered automatic forfeit of a game:
-
If the opponent offers to shake hands before the ball is shot;
-
If the opponent picks up the rack before the last (winning) ball is shot;
-
If a player breaks apart the shooting cue stick while the opponent is shooting the last (winning) ball (or balls).
Other Rules
-
If you ask me to watch a shot to make a call, I’m going to record it on my phone.I will attempt to make the call without looking at the video, but if necessary, the video will be used.

Absolutely no play assistance of any kind is acceptable, i.e., no coaching of any kind or form.
-
Anyone can call out “Take your time”, or any other comment that doesn’t thread to providing advice on play or a shot!
-
It is not a foul for a team captain or a team member to remind the player that they have ball-in-hand when certain scenarios call for that action.
-
In the game of 8-Ball, it is acceptable, and even encouraged, for an opponent to answer a player’s questions as to what balls he has, such as “high balls” or “low balls”.
-
All cell phones and other electronic devices be turned off while in the playing area.
-
Cordless earplugs are not allowed to be worn while playing a game.
-
Matches will not be held up for smoke breaks.
-
Up to two (2) five-minute breaks are allow for bathroom visits.
